We want you to be absolutely overjoyed by every purchase with Happy Art Prints, but if you're not happy for any reason, we offer a comprehensive returns policy.
The first step is to send an email to email@example.com. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your goods to advise us that you’d like to return your items. Once you've been in touch you have another 14 days from that date until we must receive the goods back. The goods must be returned in the condition they were sent to you. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods. You will be refunded the cost of the goods excluding the postage fee paid at the time of your order.
The ‘Happy Art Prints Promise’ is the only exception to this, wherein if you have received an art print as part of a promotion where the Happy Art Prints promise specifically applies, you are entitled to a refund of the postage fee and are not required to return the goods. Digital downloads are given their own unique category under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and are therefore not services or goods. All purchases of these electronic products including digital collections are non-refundable.
