What are the prints and frames made of?
Our prints are only the highest quality. Thick, luxurious 250GSM art paper showcases the vibrant art that our artists create.
These are then paired with our solid wood frames, each one hand made in our studio out of premium materials, and including all the fixtures so that you can unwrap your new piece of art and hang it on your wall as soon as it arrives at your home.
Our Pet Portraits are available in the following sizes:
- A4 size (210 x 297mm) (8.3 x 11.7in)
- A3 size (297 x 420mm) (11.7 x 16.5in)

How are the paintings created?
All our portraits are painted by hand, by one of our talented digital watercolour artists.
Your chosen artist will sit with your pet’s photo in front of them, and brush stroke by brushstroke, create a painterly representation of your beloved animal.
The result is a beautiful portrait, worthy to hang in any gallery across the country.

How long does it take?
Portraits are generally completed in a day, but at busy times it can take longer to allocate jobs to our artists as they work to paint all the portraits that have been requested.
We generally advise that you should expect a proof within 48 hours, and once that’s been approved, your final portrait will be printed, framed if neccessary, and in the post within another 48 hours.
All portraits are posted on a Tracked 24 service.
How can I be sure I'll love the portrait?
You have the opportunity to approve the artwork before it goes to print.
If we’ve missed an important detail, your artist will revise the painting and submit a new version for your approval.
